The congregation of Quaker Memorial Presbyterian Church is please to announce Rev. Bart W. Edwards as our new Senior Pastor - Head of Staff. His expected arrival is mid July.

Bart received his bachelor's degree in history and business from the University of Arkansas in 1982. He worked in the secular world as a quality assurance trainer and QA executive for manufacturing companies. He entered Columbia Theological Seminary in 2003 and graduated with a Masters of Divinity in 2005.
He is currently the Associate Pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Morehead City, NC which has over 600 members. His main areas of responsibility at this growing church are Family Ministry and Administration. In addition to his passion for preaching and teaching the Word, Bart has other God given skills in pastoral care, communication, counseling, conflict resolution, administration, and interpersonal relationships.
